Who didn't make it? Rookie of the Year favorite Chris Paul ... third-year Denver star Carmelo Anthony ... the NBA's fourth-leading scorer, Gilbert Arenas of the Wizards ... Milwaukee gunner Michael Redd ... and 20-year-old Orlando phenom Dwight Howard.

The East starters are Dwyane Wade, Heat; Allen Iverson, Sixers; LeBron James, Cavs; Jermaine O'Neal, Pacers (injured; will be replaced); and Shaquille O'Neal, Heat.

The East reserves are Chauncey Billups, Pistons; Richard Hamilton, Pistons; Ben Wallace, Pistons; Rasheed Wallace, Pistons; Chris Bosh, Raptors; Paul Pierce, Celtics; and Vince Carter, Nets.

The West starters are Kobe Bryant, Lakers; Steve Nash, Suns; Tracy McGrady, Rockets; Tim Duncan, Spurs; and Yao Ming, Rockets.

The West reserves are Ray Allen, Sonics; Tony Parker, Spurs; Dirk Nowitzki, Mavs; Elton Brand, Clippers; Pau Gasol, Grizzlies; Kevin Garnett, Timberwolves; and Shawn Marion, Suns.
