An intense first round of the NBA playoffs has had the refs and the league office working overtime, sorting out all the hard fouls, flagrant fouls and suspensions -- not to mention Reggie Evans' probe of Chris Kaman's private parts.

On Wednesday, Raja Bell committed a hard foul on Kobe Bryant, and now the Phoenix Suns are concerned he might suspended for Game 6 vs. the Lakers. His left arm to Kobe followed an elbow from Kobe on a previous play.
