It's fun to hand out awards. So fun, in fact, that we do it every month here, without incurring the expenses of trophies and plaques.

The season is just two months old, but we want to know which players would get your votes for the top awards in baseball. Last month, Chris Shelton was all the rage. And Greg Maddux looked as sharp as he did 10 years ago. How much has one month of play changed your mind?

Here's a look at who you picked for each award at the end of April (only Pujols and Fielder were the same as you selected in the preseason poll):
