Poll: Are the Panthers the team to beat?

Every NFL team wants to end up No. 1 out of 32, but the journey often begins by figuring out how to be No. 1 out of four. So as training camps get underway, it's time to ponder the state of affairs in each division.

There is little doubt Reggie Bush will brings loads of excitement to the NFC South, assuming he and the Saints can settle on a contract in a timely manner, but does Bush's arrival do anything to the balance of power in the NFC South? The Buccaneers won the division last year, the Panthers remain a popular Super Bowl pick after a strong showing in the postseason and the Falcons still have Michael Vick.

So what will happen this season? Is Vick facing his most important season at the helm? Do the Bucs have the right quarterback? And what role will Bush play?
