Vote: Is it time for the Yankees to trade A-Rod?

Alex Rodriguez has been on the hot seat ever since arriving in New York and putting on the pinstripes. But A-Rod's strained relationship with fans of the team seems to have boiled over in recent weeks thanks to a slew of mistakes at the hot corner.

With 18 errors on the season, Rodriguez is quickly approaching his career high of 24, which came when he still patrolled shortstop for the Mariners. And with so many errors in quick succession recently, people are starting to wonder if the game's highest-paid player is developing the same kind of mental block that sidelined Chuck Knoblauch in the Bronx.

So what's your take, SportsNation? Is Rodriguez playing so poorly that he deserves the boos cascading down at Yankee Stadium, or are fans just bitter about his bank account? And would you want your favorite team to pursue him?
