Vote: Is Bochy a good fit for the Giants?

Giants Bruce Bochy is going against the grain. He's managed the San Diego Padres to the last two National League West titles, but is encouraging a new line of thinking: If you can beat 'em, join 'em.

By agreeing to terms to become the San Francisco Giants' next manager, Bochy is joining a team with many question marks for 2007. The Giants have won just 75 and 76 games the last two seasons, respectively, after averaging 94.4 wins over the previous five seasons.

Is Bochy the right man to turn things around by the Bay? Did he make the right decision by leaving the Padres for the Giants? How will the Giants fare in Bochy's first season as the team's skipper?
