AFC Playoff Pulse: Which teams will make it?

It's as simple as "win and in" for Pennington's Jets.
It has all come down to this SportsNation, the final week of the NFL season to see which teams can grab those ever-elusive last two playoff spots. For the Jets (9-6) and the Broncos (9-6) the formula is as simple as "win and in." But with the way this football season is going would anyone be surprised if two of the four other AFC contenders sneak into the playoffs on the final week of the season?

This should make for a very exciting Week 17, with six teams still vying for playoff spots. We've listed the six hopefuls below, along with their remaining schedules, so that you can make an informed decision on their playoff status.
