Vote: Is Phillips the right man for the Dallas job?

 Dallas Cowboys
Talk about an interesting head coaching search. Jerry Jones certainly kept the Dallas Cowboys in the headline through all of the Super Bowl hype.

There was the hiring of Jason Garrett for a "job to be determined", along with interviews with highly thought of minds from the offensive (Norv Turner) and defensive (Wade Phillips) sides of the ball. That was followed by post-Super Bowl meetings with Colts assistant head coach Jim Caldwell and Bears defensive coordinator Ron Rivera. And those were just the major players in the search for Bill Parcells' successor.

Ultimately, Jones decided to offer the job to Phillips, the former Chargers defensive coordinator who played a major role in making San Diego the best team in the regular season in 2006. Did Jones make the right choice in Phillips? Will Phillips improve the Cowboys' defense? Will he finally win his first playoff game as a head coach with Dallas? Give us your vote!
