The 2007 NFL schedule is out! And that means it's time to start overanalyzing each teams schedule and making predictions for '07, even before the NFL draft changes each team's makeup. But before we do that let's take a look at what SportsNation predicted for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2006 and what their final record actually looked like.

2006 SportsNation Prediction: 9-7
2006 Philadelphia Eagles record: 10-6

SportsNation saw the Eagles as a very streaky team going into the season, believing they would open the season with a six game winning streak, then experience a five game losing streak late in the season. You were right about the streaks, but wrong about when they would happen. Predicting a late season skid was not without reason, considering the Eagles played four of their last six games on the road (which included back to back to back games against their three division rivals...all on the road!). The Eagles, however, closed the year on a five game tear. But we won't hold it against you. Great job Nation!
