Defending champ Lleyton Hewitt has been bounced, the paparazzi are absent thanks to Anna Kournikova pulling out and Venus and Serena Williams both look beatable.

But the grass is still green, the balls are still yellow and the strawberries and cream are still a hot item at the concession stand.

The 2003 Wimbledon Championships at the All England Club kicked off on Monday and when it's all said and done we will have a new men's champion and possibly a new No. 1 in the women's rankings.
