Vote: Your view of the Kobe case

On Friday, Kobe Bryant was charged with sexually assaulting a 19-year-old woman in an Edwards, Colo., hotel room on June 30.

Also on Friday, Bryant made a statement and then an appearance in which he admitted he had committed adultery but denied he had committed sexual assault.

Over the weekend, the Orange County Register reported that the woman accusing Bryant of sexual assault was treated for a drug overdose about two months before the alleged assault.
