Boston College took the week off and moved up to No. 2 in the BCS Standings, but SportsNation made its move the hard way, stringing together a terrific weekend of picks to get back on track. After starting strong by picking Rutgers to beat South Florida on Thursday, voters cruised through potentially dicey games by picking Florida to beat Kentucky, Kansas to beat Colorado and Missouri to beat Texas Tech. If not for Vanderbilt's stunner against South Carolina and Alabama's rout against Tennessee, perfection might have been within reach.

Week 9 of Pick 'Em offers no rest for the weary prognosticators. No. 1 Ohio State hits the road for a test at Penn State, while USC visits Oregon and Cal visits Arizona State in Pac-10 showdowns. And just to get your attention early, those second-ranked B.C. Eagles get things started on Thursday with a visit to No. 8 Virginia Tech.
