Vote: Which team will win the national championship?

Who: Ohio State (11-1) vs. LSU (11-2)

It's no wonder arguably the craziest college football season many fans have ever seen has ended in a cloud of controversy. Sure, Ohio State might be a solid pick to play for the title but is LSU the best opponent?

We can debate that question all we want but the Buckeyes and Tigers are going to take to the field in New Orleans and by the end of the night one of them will be crowned champion of the wacky 2007 season.

The Tigers might be the first two-loss team to make it to the championship game but slouches they are not. Impressive wins over Florida, Auburn and Alabama along with a SEC championship give them a solid resume heading into the big game.

Ohio State comes in as the only team besides 12-0 Hawaii to make it through the season with just one loss, a heartbreaking defeat at the hands of Illinois. But thanks to a final weekend full of upsets, the Buckeyes' national championship hopes were revived.
