Which team has the advantage in the Super Bowl, SportsNation?
The teams differ greatly in their offensive style of play. The Giants have benefitted greatly from the emergence of Eli Manning into a solid, dependable quarterback, but their first choice is often to give the ball to bruising Brandon Jacobs, who runs through defenders like they weren't even there. New England has been running the ball more as of late, but their bread and butter is a high-scoring, explosive passing game, where Tom Brady tosses it up to Randy Moss, Wes Welker, and Donte Stallworth.
Defensively, the teams are both very tough. The Patriots specialize in a bend-but-don't-break style of play, and the Giants rely on their star-studded defensive line, featuring Michael Strahan and Osi Umenyiora.
