Roger Clemens and Brian McNamee were grilled for more than four hours.
The Roger Clemens/Brian McNamee performance-enhancing drug scandal finally came to a head on Wednesday, when both parties faced a stinging round of questions from members of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
McNamee repeatedly had his credibility called into question, with some representatives referencing his potentially untrustworthy nature; one congressman even characterized him as a "drug dealer." Meanwhile, Clemens was repeatedly baited into potentially embarrassing admissions, including one line of questioning in which representatives called into question his opinion of close friend and teammate Andy Pettitte's trustworthiness.
