Vote: SportsNation's Baseball Awards


The regular season is upon us, SportsNation, and already there's speculation over who will be baseball's best in 2008.

Jimmy Rollins and Alex Rodriguez took home MVP honors in 2007; Rollins had a dynamic all-around year as the Phillies' star shortstop, and Rodriguez had the best year of what is already a Hall of Fame career. Jake Peavy and C.C. Sabathia won Cy Young awards, while Dustin Pedroia and Ryan Braun made enough of a first impression to win Rookie of the Year honors.

The usual suspects are all back for this year (save for the rookies, of course), but you never know who could come out and surprise baseball's experts. We've assembled a list of likely award contenders, but which ones will take home the hardware?
