Where does Pat Riley rank among the all-time greats?
After the worst season of his head- coaching career, Pat Riley is calling it quits.

Riley announced Monday that he would be stepping down as head coach of the Miami Heat. Despite winning a championship in 2006, Riley and the Heat suffered a lackluster 2007 and a disastrous 2008. Riley will stay on as team president.

Riley's career credentials are impressive. Soon to be a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame, Riley has won five championships as a head coach. His 1,210 wins place him third all time among all NBA coaches, behind Lenny Wilkins and Don Nelson.
