Vote: Flip Saunders Fired

Flip Saunders will not coach the Pistons next season.
On Tuesday, the Detroit Pistons parted ways with Flip Saunders, ending a three-year relationship. During his tenure, Saunders led Detroit to three consecutive NBA Eastern Conference finals but was never able to lead the Pistons back to the NBA Finals.

Now that Saunders is out in Detroit, we want SportsNation to weigh in on the state of the Pistons. Was Saunders' firing justified? Would the Pistons have won more NBA titles had Larry Brown remained their coach? Is Detroit a declining power in the NBA? And just who is the best candidate to replace Saunders?

The NBA coaching carousel continues to turn, SportsNation. Vote now and let us know what you think of the most recent coaching change!
