It's supposed to be a quiet time of year in the sports world, but nobody told Fresno State and Georgia about that assumption. Already on the brink of elimination yet again, Fresno State found itself down five runs early in Game 2 of the best-of-three final series at the College World Series.

Many hours and 19 runs later, Fresno State had the win and a chance to play for the national title on Wednesday night.
