Thanks to preseason, we won't be seeing this for awhile.
Chad Pennington, Kyle Vanden Bosch, Jeremy Shockey, Eric Johnson, Jamaal Greene, Michael Vick -- stop the carnage!

Who else will suffer serious injury at the expense of frivolous NFL preseason?

Are all these preseason contests necessary evils? Can only the risky "live-bullet" approach prepare players for the real thing? Is preseason football played to gain experience ... or to rake in a little extra cash?
