Vote: Does 500 still equal Cooperstown?

Jim Thome Is Jim Thome a first-ballot Hall of Famer?

Which sluggers will eventually earn a place in Cooperstown?

Hitting 500 career home runs used to mean an all-but-automatic place in the Baseball Hall of Fame. But the coming years will reveal whether Mark McGwire broke the mold for good or just interrupted the streak. McGwire is the only player in baseball history with 500 home runs who failed to gain the necessary votes for enshrinement from the Baseball Writers Association of America. But at least nine more players, some retired and some active, will join him on the ballot within roughly the next decade (mostly depending on how long Alex Rodriguez plays).

So as the BBWAA tries to sort out the worthy from the tainted, what is your best guess as to how it will play out for the 10 sluggers below?
