It's hard to believe that just last year the Oakland Raiders were playing in a Super Bowl. There is nothing super about a 2-6 squad that has lost four straight, including defeats at the hands of the Bears, Browns and Lions.

Cornerback Charles Woodson says he knows the problem and it's name is Bill Callahan. But was Woodson right to call out his head coach on national television and call him "stubborn" and to say he "has lost the team"?
