Who do you love ... and for how long?

Christmas shopping season is almost over and, at the moment, six free agents top the wish lists of baseball's general managers. But most of these toy soldiers have a little wear and tear, and, if you get one, the trick is to make sure you aren't stuck with him after his warranty expires.

Look at our list and tell us which free agent you would most like to have over the next one, two and three seasons.

 Scotty Bowman
If Hideki Matsui is wearing a Yankees uniform in 2003, he may be hitting against Roger Clemens.
Roger Clemens (Age 40)
He's not just a novelty act going for his 300th career win; the Rocket can still bring the firepower, as he fanned 192 in 180 innings last year, the second-best K rate in the AL.

Cliff Floyd (Age 30)
Over the last three years, he's hit .302 with 81 home runs and 57 stolen bases. He gets on base and can play outfield or first base. But he also has a creaky set of knees.

Jeff Kent (Age 34)
He's turned into a possible Hall of Famer with six straight 100-RBI seasons, mighty impressive for a second baseman. But his bat is less valuable if he has to play first base.

Greg Maddux (Age 36)
He failed to pitch 200 innings for the first time since his rookie season in '87, but he can still pitch: 2.62 ERA.

Hideki Matsui (Age 28)
They call him Godzilla in Japan, where the slugging outfielder hit .334 with 50 home runs. But will the power translate to the States? The Yankees would like to find out.

Ivan Rodriguez (Age 31)
Sure, he's missed time each of the past three years, but finding a catcher who can hit like Pudge (.314 average, .542 slugging pct.) is tough to do.

Which of these six free agents would you most like to have for the next ...
