Fact or Fiction: Warner vs. Manning?

Being a veteran NFL quarterback isn't always what it's cracked up to be. And we're not talking about those Monday morning aches and pains.

Several veteran signal-callers are pounding the pavement looking for work, due in part to the rising number of young quarterbacks entering the league via the NFL Draft. Two-time MVP Kurt Warner is one of them. Warner is currently in talks to join the New York Giants and compete with No. 1 draft pick Eli Manning for the starting job.

Is Warner still worthy of a starting spot? Will former Giants quarterback Kerry Collins find work before the season starts? Can Tim Rattay get the job done in San Francisco?
