Ryan Braun suspended for season
After weeks of speculation, MLB's ruling came down Monday: the Milwaukee Brewers' Ryan Braun has been suspended without pay for the rest of the season (and possible postseason) for "violations of the Basic Agreement and its Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program." Braun will not fight the ban, and said: "I realize now that I have made some mistakes. I am willing to accept the consequences of those actions." Are those consequences enough? And will they help MLB in the future?
