Will Juan Mata save Man U?

Manchester United's season of nightmares continued Wednesday, when the Red Devils lost on penalties to Sunderland in the Capital One Cup semifinals. United now is out of both domestic cup competitions -- although it still is in the Champions League, where it will face Olympiakos in the round of 16 -- and currently seventh in the English Premier League, six points out of fourth. The title? Pretty much forget it; Arsenal is 14 points ahead. But wait ... hope has arrived, as little-used (but highly talented) midfielder Juan Mata will make his way from Chelsea for a price of 37 million pounds, or just over $61 million. Is this a good deal? Will it save Man U's season?
