Heat or Pacers for East title?

When the calendar hits March, NBA games can lose a bit of intensity. Not Wednesday night in Indianapolis, where the Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat slugged it out -- somewhat literally -- before the home team came away with an 84-83 win. It gives the Pacers a three-game lead atop the Eastern Conference, a 2-1 head-to-head edge this season, and perhaps a stronger standing as favorites to reach the NBA Finals. What say you?
