How will Texans do in 2014?

After a murky 2013 season, things are getting a little clearer for the Houston Texans. On Tuesday they reportedly agreed to hire Penn State's Bill O'Brien to be their next head coach. This came two days after the team clinched the No. 1 overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft by losing its 14th straight game. Few can argue the Texans don't have some key pieces. Will they, plus the newcomers, add up to a winning season in 2014?
