Spurs or Thunder best in West?

The San Antonio Spurs took a 19-game winning streak into Oklahoma City on Thursday night, but did not emerge with 20 straight. Despite leading almost the entire first half, San Antonio fell victim to an 18-7 third-quarter run that put the Thunder in control for good in a 106-94 win. The game almost certainly won't be enough to put OKC back in contention for the West's No. 1 seed, but it certainly confirms that a Spurs-Thunder conference finals could be epic.
