On its face the tragic death of comedic genius Robin Williams has nothing much to do with sports. Sure, he was a Red Sox fan in "Good Will Hunting," and a San Francisco Giants fan in real life, but his most memorable roles were that of an alien, an inspirational teacher, a faux-female housekeeper and a psychotic killer, just to scratch the surface.
