With Blake Griffin rivaling LeBron James in terms of being a take-it-to-the-bank No. 1 NBA draft pick, we send our heartfelt thanks to Brandon Jennings for adding some drama to the festivities by blasting fellow Euroleague player and top draft prospect Ricky Rubio. To recap Jennings' surprise salvos:
- "I think I'm a better player than he is."
- "I think the dude is all hype."
- "I can't wait to play him."
That about sums it up, doesn't it? But is Jennings a messenger of truth or is he just making a desperate plea for attention in hopes of climbing up the draft board?
