Sometimes we all need a little extra space to vent. ESPN profiles give fans space to post their own blog entries and go toe-to-toe with commenters.

dfpsports: Soccer can't be fully appreciated until seen in person. It won't be seen in person until it's appreciated. What we have here is the makings of a quandary.

Chris (Hattiesburg)Beano, i think all conferences should be required to have a championship game. Its the only way to determine who the real champion of the conference is, outside of every team playing each other at least once during the regular season, which is not plausible. Your thoughts?
Beano CookI disagree. I think the conferences with 12 teams, you have to do it. I think the Big Ten should play at least 9 conference games, not 8. They did this to make money. I think when you have 12 teams, it makes sense. But I think for the Big East to have one would be ridiculous. The Big Ten should try to get a 12th team and don't wait for Notre Dame.
