Safe to say, the NBA draft is not the hot topic of conversation in London. No. 3 seed Andy Murray is alive and kicking in the men's draw at Wimbledon in his quest to become the first British men's champion (he's a Scot) since 1936. The same can't be said for Argentine Juan Martin del Potro after the No. 5 seed was eliminated by an unseeded former champion.

Is Hewitt's upset THAT surprising? I personally don't think a former champion winning is that surprising...I was more surprised by Sharapova being upset.

Before the match, my friend Greg Sharko of the ATP World Tour gave me a stat: Hewitt had not beaten a top-10 player in a Grand Slam since .... 2005. That was the semifinals in the Australian Open.
