The All-Star Game isn't the only game in town. Forget voting for the best players of the first half of this season; we're looking for the best of 20 seasons of baseball on ESPN.
We asked you to help us narrow down the field for the best players and managers during 20 years of baseball on ESPN. The first round of voting is complete, and we've got the three finalists you selected at each position. Now it's time to pick the winners.
For this week's edition, three of the finest right-handed pitchers square off. The winner will be announced July 5 on Sunday Night Baseball (Tampa Bay at Texas, 8:05 p.m. ET, ESPN). Next Monday, you'll have a chance to vote on a left-handed pitcher to join the team. The final team will be announced Sept. 20 on Sunday Night Baseball.
Without further ado, the three right-handed pitcher finalists you selected.
Roger Clemens: The Rocket made some serious noise on the mound during his career. This eleven-time All-Star has two World Series wins under his belt and six Cy Young awards. Also, in 1986, he won MLB All-Star Game MVP honors as well as the AL MVP. Over his 23-year career he had more than 4,000 strikeouts, putting him in a class with only three other pitchers.
Greg Maddux: Perhaps the best fielding pitcher ever. Maddux has 18 Gold Gloves to his name (more than any player in MLB history) as well as four consecutive NL Cy Young awards. He won a World Series with the Braves in 1995 and was selected for the All-Star team eight times. Maddux is also the only pitcher to ever win 15-plus games for 17 consecutive seasons.
Nolan Ryan: Over his 27-year career, the Ryan Express struck out a Major League record 5,714 batters, nearly 1,000 more than Randy Johnson who is in second place. He's also thrown more no-hitters than anyone in MLB history (seven), is a first-ballot Hall of Famer, pitched in eight All-Star games and won a World Series with the Mets.

CHAT IN PROGRESS
NCAAF w/Graham Watson
- Graham WatsonI don't know that they'll be better - really how can you be better than undefeated? - but I think they'll be good again. They do lose Jerry Hughes and Daryl Washington, though.
- Adam (Boise)Kellen Moore had a pedestrian effort last week against Utah st. If he plays well enough could he get to NYC as a finalist with a solid efford against Nevada?
- Graham WatsonI think him not being a finalist for the Davey was pretty telling. He's put up great numbers, but his schedule is going to hurt him when it comes to NYC.
- Kertis (Troy, AL)Assuming Troy handles business and clinches an outright Sun Belt title, is there any justifiable reason for them to go bowling anywhere other than New Orleans? St.Pete's, GMAC, and Papa John's Bowls seem like a step down as far as the trips go. What's your take?
