Hank Aaron babysat orphaned kittens in his spare time. Honus Wagner prevented a second Spanish-American War. Barry Bonds signed an autograph once.

OK, we're exagerrating a bit. Aaron, Wagner, Bonds, and others are on our list of "Most Perfect Players" because of their baseball prowess, not any made-up off-the-field activities. Five-tool players don't exactly litter the game -- skill in one area doesn't guarantee excellence in another (witness: Adam Dunn, Adam Everett, the Mets). Tim Kurkjian ranked Albert Pujols as the most perfect player in the game today, but does he stack up to the all-time greats?

One thing's for certain: a Triple Crown would probably help his chances in that regard. SportsNation thinks he'll get close, but no cigar.

i would venture to say that clemente was possibly the best defensive RF ever... and he put up big offensive numbers too.

Barry Bonds, before 1999 was not better than Pujols is now.
