Of all the directions things could have gone after Jan. 4, 2003, Michael Vick backing up Donovan McNabb and Brett Favre wearing purple for the Vikings ranks as only slightly more likely than the two of them manning a joint mission to Mars. That was the day Vick led the Falcons into Lambeau Field against potentially fading legend in Favre and came out with a playoff win.

But for all the twists and turns, here we are. Vick is readying for an unknown part-time role with the Eagles, and Favre is leading one of the Packers' NFC North rivals. On Wednesday's "Football Today" podcast, Jeremy Green welcomed NFC North blogger Kevin Seifert and NFC East blogger Matt Mosley (after a slight delay) to debate the signings.

Check it out for yourself and weigh in on whether even in a limited role, Vick might end up paying off in a bigger way than Favre starting for the Vikings.
