Since it's a preseason game, do we only get to see the first-string protestors and picketers for part of the demonstrations outside Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia?

In a year of overhyped preseason games (Tom Brady's return to the field, Brett Favre's debut with the Vikings and Jay Cutler's visit to Denver come to mind), Thursday's game between the Eagles and Jaguars may take top prize. At the same time, it's not just people with agendas who are interested in the game; roughly 80 percent of SportsNation would watch the game if it was on where they lived. Since it isn't for most, what do you expect?

This isn't about Michael Vick and if you believe that it is you're 100% wrong. This is about a few people trying to bask in his limelight while people still care about him. Their intentions may seem genuine but the mere fact that this march is completely uncalled for should prove that their out to gain some attention to their cause. And that's not just the NAACP that goes for PETA as well. They just go for the biggest cases they can find so they can push their cause to a bunch of people that might not otherwise care. Rarely do you hear about PETA trying to bust up dog fighting rings and rarely does the NAACP march unless there are going to be cameras.
