Another week has come and gone, and we've rounded up some interesting exchanges between chat guests and SportsNation questioners.

Jason (MD)

Tony, so what's the deal with the Danica rumors? Going to give us any tidbits?

Tony Stewart

We've talked to her a lot. She is very interested in NASCAR. I think she wants to come over and do this. We've talked to her because we've done some autograph sessions together and she knows I made that transition. So we've talked about how to do the transition and make it the right way. Did you ever want to fire a co-ordinator of some sort before the season? 3 coaches this year. What is a coach thinking about when that happens?

Brian Billick

It's not something that happens over night. It's not a decision that you make in a rash, or hurried manner. It typically would be a combination of things that would lead you to believe a change was in order. I would agree that firing a coordinator before the season, next to losing a starting QB might be one of the most difficult things for a team to overcome. You've got me. Your guess is as good as mine. I said a long time ago that it's financial suicide to stay out. You're talking about a year's worth of money that you can't get back. Your career is limited. You're not going to be playing football when your 50. You can't through that year away. If you're not happy with the money you're getting, come in and wait for free agency. As a WR, who came out early and was dealing with an injury is mind boggling to me.

You were drafted behind Heyward-Bey and you're not getting that kind of money. Everyone around him is signed. It can't be that difficult. If you're the last guy to be signed, and there was a WR taken ahead of you, you're not getting that money. It doesn't matter where Mel Kiper rated you or Todd McShay rated you. It doesn't matter if you were rated No. 5, you were drafted 10th. To try and hit the jackpot and get the contract to be perfect and miss all of camp, you're really missing out. I'm dumbfounded by it.
