In Case You Missed It

It's a long week, and sometimes things get lost -- just ask the Packers' offensive linemen who tried to block Jared Allen on Monday. But if you missed some of these links earlier in the week, they might prove to be a perfectly good way to ease the clock on toward quitting time and the weekend.

Your Rankings: NASCAR Chase
As ESPN.com's Ed Hinton writes this week, NASCAR officials might be looking for ways to slow Mark Martin and Jimmie Johnson, left, but the two seem to be lined up for a pretty good duel down the stretch of the Chase. SportsNation is split nearly 50-50 when it comes to whether a fourth consecutive title for Johnson would be a good or bad development.

Your Rankings: College Basketball's All-Time Programs
Numbers wizard Jeff Sagarin used some heavy-duty math to figure out the greatest basketball programs in the college game's history. But when UCLA doesn't land the top spot and Bradley has the edge on Georgetown, SportsNation has to at least have its own say on the issue. In addition to reranking Sagarin's top 25, we asked for your take on the biggest omissions.

Your Rankings: Big-Game MLB Pitchers
SportsNation's picks for AL Cy Young (Zack Greinke) and NL Cy Young (Tim Lincecum) aren't in the postseason field. Neither are Felix Hernandex, Johan Santana, Roy Halladay and a number of baseball's best pitchers. But the playoff field does include its share of aces. John Lackey, left, proved why he deserves a spot near the top, but who would you give the ball to for a big start?

Your Rankings: Clutch Postseason Performers
SportsNation would still pick Albert Pujols ahead of Derek Jeter for a playoff series, but the Yankees captain is once again off to a good start in October. Friday's "SportsNation" (ESPN2, 4 p.m. and midnight ET) wonders whether Jeter is the most clutch of the clutch postseason performers out there these days. Tom Brady, Mariano Rivera, Ben Roethlisberger -- who do you have?
