It's been a risky season for quarterbacks contending for the Heisman Trophy. Sam Bradford's shoulder issues are well-documented, and Tim Tebow was knocked unconscious by his own lineman's knee. Now, Cincinnati's Tony Pike is having a metal plate repaired in his left arm, which he injured in Thursday's win at South Florida. As Tony Pike is not RoboCop, this is obviously bad news for the Bearcats, who have a tough matchup against Louisville on Saturday. Pike is still going strong in fan's rankings, but is he still in contention when Mark Ingram is running all over the opposition?

In the world of quarterbacks not contending for the Heisman, there are rumblings about Terrelle Pryor in Columbus. Pryor's performance against Purdue (two INTs, two fumbles) have some fans calling for his removal, but Jim Tressel is standing pat. As far as SportsNation is concerned, however, Pryor is not the QB of the future for Ohio State.
