We understand it's going to take most of SportsNation some time to warm up to the long NBA season -- only a third of voters are more interested in tonight's opener between the Cavaliers and Celtics than Wednesday's World Series opener. But there are some people for whom today is more or a less a national holiday.

I think they got much deeper. I think VC is an upgrade over Turkoglu but the addition of Brandon Bass, Ryan Anderson and a healthy Jameer Nelson makes them, in my opinion, the most dangerous team in the league ... not only for this season, but for a long, long time. Full transcript.
