The accusations have been flying throughout the NBA playoffs that flopping is running rampant. Commissioner David Stern addressed the issue and agrees it needs a closer look. What does SportsNation think?

• Greeklee11: "Error on the side of letting too much go, and not on the side of stopping the game every fifteen seconds and succumbing to whiny flop-specialists. I don't have any particular affiliation to the Big East, but every official should study how those games are called. The NBA has 30 unnecessary whistles for every necessary one. Call traveling, palming, give insta-technicals for complaining, and let these guys play basketball. Real basketball."
• Allenlabott: "Flopping been around the game since I started watching it in the early 1970s. If the NBA is serious about this, then WHY did it take over 40 years for them to do something about it. Again the NBA is reacting instead being proactive. What a waste of time."
• Il4Sheezy: " Hey Stern, It's a product of your rules. You take away the physicality of the game and you make it hard for the defenders to defend, then that's what happens."
• Godsent224: " Someone said this before but they shouldnt call fouls for flopping. What they should do is go back and give techs to guys who do. This way by the time the playoffs come guys wont flopp because they'll already have to many techs and wont want to get suspended a game for the next tech"
• SuthernDaddy: " I'm not sure what people expect. For years,we've celebrated "gritty" players willing to take charges. The ability to draw fouls is seen as a positive. So of course guys are going to flop. Its just the natural progression."
• Edterry3416: " No integrity in the NBA if players are always trying to trick game officials. Players should take pride in learning their craft. Offensively, Defensively, learn how to play the right way. They are severly overpaid anyway."
• Astrocreep: " If they're going to fine people for defensive flopping, then they need to fine people like Kobe for OFFENSIVE flopping. You know, jumping into someone, looking like you're attempting a shot, then flopping and acting like you just got pummelled while attempting a shot."
