A lot of people wrote Tiger Woods off after a series of disastrous tournament finishes, but his win at the AT&T National is starting to raise eyebrows among golf's elite. Tiger's win is his third tournament victory of the year and puts him in second place all time with 74, eight short of Sam Snead's record of 82 tournament wins. It might be too early to say -- two major tournaments remain this year, after all -- but it looks like Tiger Woods might be getting a career second wind.
Woods seems well on his way to reclaiming the world No. 1 ranking -- a ranking he used to hold on a seemingly permanent basis.
Two major championships remain this season -- The Open Championship in July and the PGA Championship in August.
Woods or Nicklaus?
Jack Nicklaus' hold on the major title record looked secure, but Tiger's resurgence could reignite the debate.
