The Titans have decided the future is now for second-year quarterback Jake Locker, naming him the starter over veteran Matt Hasselbeck for the Sept. 9 season opener against the Patriots. Locker showed promise coming off the bench in 2011, throwing for 542 yards and four touchdowns and running for another in five games as a rookie. Hasselbeck helped Tennessee to a 9-7 record last season and tossed 18 touchdowns, but he also threw 14 interceptions. Is Titans coach Mike Munchak making the right move?
