People make mistakes. But sometimes, people make mistakes that change the outcome of games in front of thousands of fans and millions of TV viewers. The replacement referee crew that gave the Seahawks a win over the Packers on "Monday Night Football" apparently blew it when they called a touchdown for Seattle -- under the little-known "simultaneous possession" rule -- instead of a Green Bay interception. In fact, SportsNation is not unanimous on whether the wrong call was made. But plenty of fans and players are angry and want the regular refs back on the field. Have the Packers-Seahawks referees entered the rare and uncomfortable air reserved for the all-time worst officiating gaffes -- some of which decided championships?

• tinymo111:"It was a great game but the only thing that will be remembered isn't gonna be how well anybody played its gonna be known for a perversely blown call and packers getting robbed."

• wild_erp83:"The ruling was correct. However, the entire 2nd half was poorly officiated. The Packers had two scoring drives extended on bogus calls. And it is too bad the final play will overshadow everything else that occurred, especially the eight sacks on Rodgers in the 1st half."
• munrotc:"Does the fact that Golden Tate's left arm was between the ball and Jenning's chest matter at all? Is that a reason why simultaneous possession was ruled? I am not a fan of either team, just a football guy and I am having a hard time understanding why some people think this is so clear cut as a bad call."
• djbake6798:"What gets me is that the simultaneous catch wasn't reviewable just like the kick in the patriots game. If the object of replay is to get it right then these things need to be reviewable and reversible or just get rid of it and let it be subjective like the strike zone in baseball."
• RealTimeMike:"All of you armchair QBs. Stop with this talk of possession. Possession has nothing to do with it. It's about control. Control doesn't require two feet inbounds. Jennings controlled the ball first. Because of this, by rule, there cannot be simultaneous possession."
