Welcome to SportsNation! On Thursday, U.S. Olympic gymnast, and 2012 London Olympics All-Around gold medal winner, Gabby Douglas stops by to chat about her career and new book "Grace, Gold & Glory" that hit stores Tuesday.

Douglas, 16, became the first black woman in Olympic history to win the all-around gold and the first American to win the gold in both the all-around and team competitions. She started gymnastics when she was 6.

In "Grace," Douglas tells her story of faith, perseverance and determination, including overcoming racism, that led to reaching her Olympic dreams.
