On Tuesday, ESPN's "First Take" debated Jason Garrett saying he won't give up his offensive coordinator duties by hiring Norv Turner. Turner's record as a head coach is mixed, but as a coordinator his reputation is intact. Skip Bayless thinks Turner and Garrett would have difficulty coexisting, but he could help turn around Tony Romo's career like he helped turn around Troy Aikman's back in the day. Stephen A. Smith thinks that the question is moot -- Garrett's refusal warrants his firing. What's your take?
