LeBron James is playing basketball on "Easy" mode. That's the only explanation we can manage for his recent run of dominance, capped off by another 30-plus point performance in a win over the Lakers on Sunday. James has scored at least 30 points and shot at least 60 percent from the field in five straight games, which has been done only twice in NBA history. He's really good, is what we're trying to say. The Heat have a lot of talent, but with the way James is playing, he probably could put up a good fight all on his own.
LeBron's scoring at will at this point -- it's more of a shocker when he misses than when he connects.
