So much for the marquee matchup between the Spurs and Clippers. San Antonio had last night's 116-90 thrashing so well in hand that Tony Parker simply sat out the fourth quarter after racking up 31 points. This can't be a good feeling for Clippers fans. Their team would likely have to go through the Spurs if they plan on making it to the NBA Finals, and if Thursday's game is any indication, it wouldn't be much of a series. It's looking more and more like the Finals might be Spurs-Heat, although the Thunder might have something to say about that when it's all said and done.

Parker on top?

The Spurs have the best record in the NBA, and Parker's stellar play at point guard this season is a big reason for that.

Clippers' fate?

Lob City was shut down Thursday, but it's only one game. If the Clippers adjust, this could end up as a fluke.
