Bill Parcells can turn around any team in the league, but he generally won't stick around for that long afterwards. That was the case with his tenure in New England -- Parcells left for the Jets shortly after the Patriots' loss to the Packers in Super Bowl XXXI. Things turned out pretty well for the Patriots, but Parcells said recently that he regrets the way things ended in New England. There aren't any hard feelings between Kraft and Parcells, but imagine, for a second, if Parcells had stuck around after the 1996-97 season, working with a core that would eventually bring the Patriots their first Super Bowl. Would they have won a title sooner?
